He also has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, turnarounds and debt restructuring, as well as distressed M&amp;A transactions and the issuance of equity or hybrid participating financial instruments as a means of overcoming financial difficulties; in corporate finance and restructuring, Amon assists both private companies and financial lenders.
