On\u00a0NT Plus Diritto<\/strong>, an article by our authors\u00a0Carlotta Carta<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Beatrice Gallucci<\/strong>\u00a0on Gender Equality Certification, introduced in Italy through Law No. 162 of November 5, 2021.<\/p>\n

This Certification, available to companies eager to concretely adopt virtuous models, attests to the measures taken to reduce the gender gap within the same company.<\/p>\n

In accordance with Mission 5, Investment 1.3 of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the goal of this new institution is to encourage companies to implement policies suitable for reducing the gender gap in all areas that have the most critical issues.<\/p>\n
