Following the transaction, ADV become\u00a0<strong>PHARMAGEST Germany<\/strong>\u00a0through a holding-company 94%-held by Equasens and 6%-held by ARZ Haan.<\/p>\n<p>This operation marks a significant milestone in Equasens\u2019 growth strategy, as the company was already present in Germany through its subsidiary MultiMeds, focusing on medication compliance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ughi e Nunziante<\/strong>\u00a0was appointed by Equasens for managing the ADV acquisition-related aspects and the joint venture agreement with ARZ Haan, with a team comprising Partner\u00a0<strong>Amon Airoldi<\/strong>\u00a0and Associate\u00a0<strong>Pietro Pastorello<\/strong>.
