Ughi e Nunziante \u2013 Studio Legale<\/strong>\u00a0is pleased to announce the addition of a team of eleven professionals, including five partners.<\/p>\n

With this lateral, the Firm continues and consolidates its growth in the practice areas of M&A, Labour, Restructuring and Tax, and creates a stable presence in the North-East, with the opening of a new office in Verona.<\/p>\n

Joining the Milan office are partners\u00a0Pietro Orzalesi<\/strong>,\u00a0Marco<\/strong>\u00a0Lanzani<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Barbara<\/strong>\u00a0Pizzoni<\/strong>, together with senior associates\u00a0Agostino<\/strong>\u00a0Frau<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Filippo<\/strong>\u00a0Bodo<\/strong>, and associates\u00a0Federico<\/strong>\u00a0Catalfamo<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Cecilia<\/strong>\u00a0Pozzetti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Leading the Verona office will be partners\u00a0Simone<\/strong>\u00a0Rossi<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Giacomo<\/strong>\u00a0Bonfante<\/strong>, who have always been active in Veneto. Joining them in Ughi e Nunziante are associates\u00a0Maria<\/strong>\u00a0Giulia<\/strong>\u00a0Sperotto<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Giacomo<\/strong>\u00a0Rossetti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Profiles<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Pietro Orzalesi<\/strong>\u00a0has extensive experience in M&A, particularly in transnational transactions between France and Italy. Together with his team, he will strengthen the Corporate M&A practice and will be particularly involved in the French Desk.<\/p>\n

Marco Lanzani<\/strong>\u00a0is known for his ability to handle complex labour issues, often related to extraordinary transactions. His expertise extends to personnel organisation, business transfers, outsourcing and the management of industrial and labour relations. With her team she will strengthen the labour law practice.<\/p>\n

Barbara Pizzoni<\/strong>\u00a0will bring to the Lombardy office her expertise and experience in domestic and international taxation and in assisting companies and funds in complex tax audits and tax litigation.<\/p>\n

Simone Rossi<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Giacomo Bonfante<\/strong>\u00a0will be in charge of the Verona office and, consistently with their professional background, will continue to assist financial institutions and industrial companies \u2013 with a particular focus on family-based ones \u2013 in debt restructuring and crisis management, as well as in financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
