In recent years, thanks to its commitment to the renewable energy sector, the company has achieved significant growth both in revenue and global presence.<\/p>\n<p>PM &amp; Partners is a leading private equity operator in Italy, with over \u20ac700 million raised across three funds and more than 40 transactions. The acquisition of Montana is the ninth transaction completed by the PM &amp; Partners III fund, including direct investments and follow-ons.<\/p>\n<p>Advisors for the acquiring party:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ughi e Nunziante<\/strong>, with a team consisting of partner <strong>Amon Airoldi<\/strong> and senior associate <strong>Deniz Kivage<\/strong> for corporate M&amp;A matters, as well as partner <strong>Gianluigi Pugliese<\/strong>, supported by senior associate <strong>Anna Vanni<\/strong>, for financing aspects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EY<\/strong>, with a team led by partner Quirino Imbimbo, manager Sabrina Esposito, and senior associate Giovanni Ferri, who conducted tax due diligence and structured the transaction&#8217;s tax aspects. Another EY team, headed by partner Giovanni Grandini and director Luca Troisi, managed debt structuring.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arthur D.
