The 10th edition of the\u00a0AIA-CAM Pre-Moot\u00a0<\/strong>kicked off yesterday, 27 February!<\/p>\n

Ughi e Nunziante is a sponsor of the 10th edition of this moot arbitration competition, aimed to train university teams for the Vienna VIS Arbitration Moot.<\/p>\n

Organized by the\u00a0Milan Chamber of Arbitration<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0Italian Association for Arbitration – AIA<\/strong>, this event brings together arbitration professionals and students for insightful discussions and valuable networking opportunities.<\/p>\n

Yesterday’s agenda included the opening remarks by AIA-CAM and welcome greetings by UNIDROIT, an in-depth look at the FAI Arbitration Rules, a deep dive into the 32nd Vis Moot Problem, and an exclusive rooftop aperitivo\u2014the perfect setting to connect with fellow participants.<\/p>\n

Today, the competition begins! Our offices in Rome will host the first two rounds, welcoming students from\u00a0Charles University<\/strong>,\u00a0Universit\u00e0 di Firenze<\/strong>,\u00a0Alma Mater Studiorum – Universit\u00e0 di Bologna\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Verona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re proud to have our partners\u00a0Silvia Lazzeretti\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Luigi Cascone<\/strong>\u00a0among the arbitrators for this exciting challenge.<\/p>\n
