S.r.l.<\/em>, a Brescia-based company operating in the fuel sector with a network of 25 service stations in Lombardy, has been successfully completed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"633\">The company finalized a <strong data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"402\">debt restructuring agreement<\/strong> pursuant to Article 57 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (CCII), within the framework of the negotiated crisis settlement procedure, involving around <strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"590\">100 creditors<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"632\">approved by the Court of Brescia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"849\">The restructuring plan provided for the <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"723\">indirect continuation of business activities<\/strong> through a complex transaction with the main creditor <strong data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"797\">Retitalia S.p.A.<\/strong>, which enabled the business to resume operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"998\">Thanks to this transaction and the disposal of certain non-core properties, the company was able to ensure the <strong data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"997\">full repayment of all creditors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1413\">SISA was assisted on all legal aspects by <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1062\">Ughi e Nunziante<\/strong>, with a team composed of partners <strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1113\">Simone Rossi<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1138\">Giacomo Bonfante<\/strong>, associate <strong data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1170\">Giacomo Rossetti<\/strong>, and trainee <strong data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1205\">Gianluca Iannuzzi<\/strong>, as well as lawyer <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1244\">Giuseppe Scotti<\/strong> of <strong data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1282\">Scotti Studio Legale Associato<\/strong>. The role of financial advisor was carried out by <strong data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1357\">Studio Girardi e Tua<\/strong>, with partners <strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1390\">Mauro Girardi<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1412\">Gabriella Tua<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1560\"><strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1428\">Retitalia<\/strong> was assisted by <strong data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1473\">Giovanardi Studio Legale<\/strong>, with managing partner <strong data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1525\">Carlo Alberto Giovanardi<\/strong> and partner <strong data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1559\">Martina Paiardini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1877\">The restructuring also involved the appointment of <strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1640\">Dr. Francesco Baldiotti<\/strong> of <strong data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1682\">Studio Baldiotti Masotto Associati<\/strong> as <strong data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1723\">Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO)<\/strong>.
